He was predeceased by: his parents, George Maples and Bettie Maples; and his son Casey Maples. He is survived by: his wife Carol Maples (Susie); his son Hubert W. Maples; his grandchildren, Whitney, Drake, Natalie and Valery Maples; and his brother Doug Maples (Lori).
In lieu of flowers, Pancho's family suggests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in his honor.
