We bid farewell to Sue Tarter (Roswell, New Mexico), born in Borger, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 17, 2024 at the age of 67. Sue touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by : her parents, Gladys Miller and Richard Miller; and her sister-in-law Tamara Fresquez. She is survived by : her daughter Tashina Lilley (Tim Lilley); her grandsons, Lucas and Henry Lilley; her son Dylan Tarter; her significant other Jessica Lewis; her brother Jay Miller (Shelley Miller); her mother-in-law Mary Beth Tarter; her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Tarter, Steve Tarter and Ken Fresquez; her nieces, Alexandra and Elizabeth Fresquez; and her pets, Layla and Roxy. She is also survived by her family, friends.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (200 N Pennsylvania Ave, Roswell, NM 88201).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Cowboy bell scholarship at the Methodist church, in honor of Sue's compassionate spirit and dedication to making the world a better place.
