He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Carr Finley and USAF Tech Sergeant, Alban Frislid; his stepfather David Finley; his sister Karin Frislid; and his grandparents, Birdie, John Carr, Lola, John Frislid and Lillie Finley.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Dockal Frislid; his sister Janice Frislid; his stepsisters, Cindy Miller and Elaine Finley; his stepsons, Shawn Dockal (Vernie) and Billy Roark; and his in-laws, Jerry, Lynette Dockal, Richard "Doc", Christine Dockal, Deserrea, John L. Singleton and Lee Campbell. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces; and a very large extended family from both sides of his family.
