He was predeceased by: his parent Rachel Martinez; his grandmother Rosie Duran; his grandson Dominic Peña; his siblings, Larry Selk, Beverly Selk and Juan Martinez; and his father-in-law Joaquin Serrano.
He is survived by: his fiancée Lorena Serrano; his children, Kimberlie Martinez, Tommy Peña Jr., Jerry Najar and Angel Serrano; his grandchildren, Essih and Jaylah Espinoza; his stepfather Victor Gamboa; and his siblings, Betty, Mario Sanchez, Lisa Selk, Ruben Morones, Cecilia Martinez, Maria Gamboa, Rani Gamboa, Margaret Ann Jauregui, Christine Bently and Paul Ontiveros.
Viewing will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ Church (2200 N Sycamore Ave, Roswell, NM 88201). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the South Park Cemetery (1010 S Main St, Roswell, NM 88203).
