She is survived by: her husband Jason Fairfield; her children, Steaphan, Tovian Shephard, Cameron and Dylan Fairfield; her siblings, Jason Ware, Jarod Ware and Joel Ware (Veronica); and her niece Jadin Ware. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
