She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Franklin and Maxine Franklin. She is survived by: her husband Robert; and her children, Amanda Snow, William McMinn and Robert Barber Jr.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great‑grandchildren; and a wide circle of family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fletcher Hall Building.
