We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2023, at the age of 81, Don Aven Shelnutt of Ruidoso, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Kaydette; his parents, Buran Shelnutt and Velma Shelnutt; and his brothers, James, Leslie, Ronnie and Carold Shelnutt.

He is survived by : his children, Scott, Jamie Shelnutt, Celeste Stone, Cyndie Walker and Cally Walker; his grandchildren, Dustin Shelnutt, Shelby Stone, Shaundra Stone, Kaylee Caldwell, Candice Hill, Abri-Anna Shelnutt and Keely-Ann Shelnutt; and his great grandchildren, Chase Savoie, Zane Stone and Andrew Caldwell.
