He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Jeremy Phillips, Docia Mason (Mike), Levi and Lindie Phillips; his grandchildren, Cyrhus and Zachary Liguori; Clifton Dwain Phillips, Norma Phillips, Joey Phillips and Ronnie Hufstutler.
In lieu of flowers the family will be graciously accepting donations to offset funeral expenses.
