He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Padilla and Eustasia Flores Padilla; his siblings, Mary Anderson, Manuel Padilla and Edward Padilla; his grandchildren, Anthony Padilla, Alyse Sanchez and Ryan Padilla; and his great grandchildren, Justice Miranda and Katrina Sanchez.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Rea Padilla of San Rafael; his children, Harvey Padilla (Martha) of Pettus, Jimmy Padilla (Maria) of Carlsbad, Shirley Padilla of Spokane, Ray Padilla of Carlsbad, Ryan Rea (Wendy) of Las Vegas and McKenize Russell of Albuquerque; his sisters, Helen Molina of Las Cruces, Irene Ramirez of Northridge, Rafaela Galindo of El Paso and Josie Fuentes of Silver City; and his great grandchildren, Dustin Padilla, William Padilla, Zachary Padilla, Kayla Miranda, Isaac Miranda, Isaiah Padilla, Leoni Padilla, Bryanna Padilla, Brooklynn Rea, Isabella Rea and Mia Rodriguez. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
A reception was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Milan Parks & Recreation Center (407 Airport Rd, Milan, NM 87021).
