He was predeceased by: his grandmother Ann Allison; his uncle Jay Dee Allison; and his cousin Tabatha Kishbaugh. He is survived by: his mother Beth Kishbaugh; his grandfather Jesse Allison (Nathan); his cousins, Dale (Helen), Jason (Jen), Amanda (Ernesto), Michelle (Michael), Becky (John), April and Sean; his uncles, John (Ana), David and Ed (Kila); and his aunt Molly (John).
