He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Lorri Hatcher (Scott), Robert Ortega (JoAnn) and Scott Ortega (Dong Mei); his grandchildren, Benjamin Ortega, Ryan Gorman (Meghan), Madison Ortega, Lauren Barnett (Dan) and Sonja Swaynie (Alex); and his great grandchildren, Charles, Max Gorman and Claire Barnett.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Francis of Assisi (131 Cathedral Pl, Santa Fe, NM 87501). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Santa Fe National Cemetery (501 N Guadalupe St, Santa Fe, NM 87501). A reception will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
