She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Bernabe and Olivama Valdez; and her siblings, Ben, Joe A. Valdez, Mela Montoya, Eutimia Archuleta, Marie Lujan and Angie Corlis.
She is survived by: her siblings, Susie Salazar, Herman Valdez (Loretta), Eluid Valdez (Irene), Horace Valdez (Dora) and Phillip Valdez (Joanna). She is also survived by other loving nieces, nephews.
