He was predeceased by : his parents, Rev. Paul Montoya and Alice Montoya. He is survived by : his wife Yvonne Montoya; his sons, Rodney Montoya (Rose) and Daniel Montoya (Lizette); his stepchildren, Andrea Maestas and Anthony Maestas; his grandchildren, Delanie Lopez (Christian), Brianna Montoya and Gabriel Montoya; his siblings, Rick Montoya (Cherie), Rosalie Mitchell and Lillian Harris; and his stepfather Guillermo Rael. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, June 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Freedom Church (3732 Cerrillos Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87507).
