With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ermelinda Lujan (Santa Fe, New Mexico), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Jose; her daughter Peggy; her parents, Manuel Herrea and Eva Herrea; her stepfather Valentine Valdez; her sister Maria Espinosa; her half-siblings, Beatrice Lopez, Filia Duran, Benito, Michael and Antonio Valdez; and her son-in-law Leroy Perea.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Perea, Walter and JoAnn Lujan; her sisters, Gregoria Tafoya (Joe) and Mela Sanchez; her half-sister Corina Ortiz (Jose Ramon); and her sisters-in-law, Mary Abed, Terry and Tessie Valdez. She is also survived by two grandchildren, six great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Berardinelli Family Funeral Service (1399 Luisa St, Santa Fe, NM 87505). A rosary will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (100 S Guadalupe St, Santa Fe, NM 87501).
