He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Mae Vigil (King); and his parents, Meliton Sr. Vigil and Guadalupita Vigil. He is survived by: his siblings, Meliton, Jr. (Yolanda), Matiana Taylor (Tony), Annie Romero (Victor), Dolores Hawkins (Ernest) and Lucy Barreras; and his children, Ernie Vigil (Olivia), Raymond Vigil (Linda) and Anita Vigil. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
