He is survived by: his wife Betsy; his children, Erik (Sandra) and Annika (Zach); his grandson Kaimana; his siblings, Steve (Mary) and Sharon (Pat); and his siblings' children, Carrie, Jennifer, Grant, Amy and Sarah.
