With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Ortiz (Santa Fe, New Mexico), who passed away on November 28, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy G. Ortiz; her parents, Eliseo Martinez and Ramona Martinez; her brothers, John and Jerry Martinez; her parents-in-law, Florentino and Celestina Ortiz; and her siblings-in-law, Oliver, Thomas, Ernest Ortiz, Lalo Romero, Christella, Sharon Martinez, Anne and Carol Ortiz.

She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Palmer (Andy), Lori LeRouge (Leonard), Anthony Ortiz (Amy) and Adrian Ortiz; her grandchildren, Jeanelle Romero (Julian), Lenny LeRouge, Falicia Palmer Sypnier, Megan Ortiz, Nicolas Ortiz, Alex Ortiz, Emily Ortiz and Michael Ortiz; her great grandchildren, Christiana, Jayla, Anthony, Drew, Liam and Skye; her brothers, Jimmy Martinez (Patsy) and Jake Martinez (Laura); and her siblings-in-law, Tino Ortiz (Marlyn), Orlando Ortiz (Lorraine), Amelia Romero and Theresa Ortiz. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
