Ortiz (Melissa Ortiz); her grandchildren, Denise Pham (Long Pham), Amanda Nguyen (Nick Nguyen), Carlos Ortiz (Shania Ortiz), Alex Medina, Antonio Ortiz and Miquela Ortiz; her great grandchildren, Hunter Ortiz, Dominic Nguyen and Noah Ortiz; and her sisters, Priscilla Garcia and Cecilia Durkee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
