It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmie A. Martinez (Santa Fe, New Mexico), who passed away on December 24, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfredo Martinez and Lorenza Martinez; his son Keith Roland Martinez; his parents-in-law, Vitalia and Frank Rael; his brother-in-law Bobby Rael; and his siblings, Anita Aldeis, Cora Martinez (Martin), Aurora Felix, Norma Perry (Jim), Eloy Martinez (Frances), Fred (Margaret), Joe Jerry Martinez and Leo Martinez.

He is survived by: his nephew Roberto; his wife Florine Martinez; his children, Ron, Eric (Rita), Aaron (Michelle), Francine and Melanie (Chris); and his brother Johnny Martinez.
