With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jose F Vargas (Santa Fe, New Mexico), who passed away on May 18, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Armando Vargas and Estella LeBlanc Vargas; his children, Frankie Vargas Jr., Myron, Patrick Myron and Chyrel Renee Vargas; his grandchildren, Delfin Vargas and Ashley Vargas; his great grandchild Aubree Chavez (Aaron Mascareñas); and his brother Ricky Vargas.
He is survived by: his daughter Anita Vargas Sandoval (Clyde Sandoval); his grandchildren, Shantel Lucero, Stephanie Trujillo (Derick), Patricia Martinez, La Costa Vargas, Patrick Autunm Vaughn and Dominick Lopez; his great grandchildren, Aaliya Lucero Esparza, Emma, Aria Lucero, Malakai, Hunter Trujillo, Eleanor, Amari Vaughn, Analeigh and Dave Gallegos; and his siblings, Herman Vargas, Armando Vargas, Bertina Vargas, Ramona Vargas and Leonora Vargas Almeida.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (48920 CO-112, Center, CO 81125).
