With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathy E Mendonca (Santa Fe, New Mexico), who passed away on December 5, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Antonio Mendonca; her parents, Reinalda Martinez and Antonio Ortega; and her siblings, Fidel Dofflemeyer, Lita Arrellano and Gloria Dofflemeyer.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Mendonca (Toni), Orlando Mendonca Sr. (Dorothy), Jerry Mendonca, Barbara Mascarenas (Brian) and Brenda Mendonca (Turtle); her grandchildren, Eric Mendonca (Yvette), Lynette King, Christopher Mendonca, Orlando Mendonca Jr. (Danielle), Joseph Mascarenas, Adam Garcia, Jessica Mascarenas (Andres) and Antoinette Herrera; her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Logan, Preston, Haylee, Ashlin, Dominic and Emily; and her siblings, Molly Dofflemeyer and William Dofflemeyer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rivera Family Funeral & Cremations of Santa Fe (417 Rodeo Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505). A burial will be held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
