He was predeceased by: his parents, Candelario Lujan and Estefanita Lujan; his siblings, Lucy Gallegos, Patricio Lujan, Grace Renton and Guillermo Lujan; his nephew Billy Gonzales; and his great-niece Louisa Lujan-Pacheco.

He is survived by: his wife Alice Lujan; his children, Carlos Lujan, Anita Gavin (Jim), Christina Lujan and Eddie Lujan (Barbara); his son-in-law Martin Pacheco; his grandchildren, Donna Marlow, Ashlee VanBuskirk, Nicolas Pacheco, James Gavin, Daniel Gavin, Alicia Pacheco and Sofia Gavin; and his great grandchild Frankie Contreras.
