He is survived by: his daughter Kiera Ortiz; his siblings, Lisa Gutierrez and Marc Ortiz; his sister-in-law Carol Ortiz; his nephew Jerome Gutierrez (Beth); his niece Rita Ortiz (Sean); Jill Christian. He is also survived by three great nephews, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
