He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Carrillo and Marry Carrillo; and his daughter Alicia. He is survived by: his siblings, Gloria Ortiz, Pam Alejandro and Marvin Carrillo; his children, Nico, Phil, Marcos and Amanda; his nieces, Anita Ortiz, Jomarie Ortiz and Andrea Carrillo; his nephew Chris Carrillo; and his great-niece Deanna Lopez. He is also survived by other Nieces, Nephews and many cousins.
