He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Carrillo and Marry Carrillo; and his daughter Alicia. He is survived by: his siblings, Gloria Ortiz, Pam Alejandro and Marvin Carrillo; his children, Nico, Phil, Marcos and Amanda; his siblings' children, Anita Ortiz, Jomarie Ortiz, Andrea Carrillo and Chris Carrillo; and his great-niece Deanna Lopez. He is also survived by other Nieces, Nephews and many cousins.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rivera Funeral Home (417 Rodeo Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505). A prayer will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at the Santa Fe Memorial Gardens Cemetery (417 Rodeo Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505).
