She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Wiita and Tyme Johnson Hayward; her stepfather Lloyd Hayward; and her sister Patricia Wiita Rose. She is survived by: her husband Raymond E. Collins; her sons, Keith Collins (MaryLynn) of Santa Fe and Shawn Collins (Susan) of Hopkinton; and her grandsons, Tecumseh of Santa Fe, Raymond of Hopkinton and Joseph of Hopkinton. She is also survived by several in-laws, nieces and nephews.
To honor her, the family requests that donations be made to an animal shelter or horse shelter in her name.
