It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Solomon Gonzales (Santa Fe, New Mexico), who passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Roberta Duran Gonzales; his grandmother Juanita Pacheco; his parents, Florencio Gonzales and Anita Pacheco; and his siblings, SSgt Joseph I Gonzales and Pauline Martinez.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathryn A. Gonzales (Kathy); his grandchildren, Monica Maughlin (Alan) and Adam M. Gonzales (LaToya); his great grandchildren, Mateo Maughlin and Maria Maughlin; and his caregivers, Claudia Batres, Anna Bustamante, Dalia Cordero, Julia Jimenez and Matilda Rodriguez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Solomon's honor to Ambercare, Santa Fe and the Santa Fe Food Bank are appreciated.
