She was predeceased by: her parents, Guadalupe Jose Montoya and Lucy Gonzales of Montoya; her siblings, Vicente Montoya (Tillie), Benny Montoya (Diana), John Jose Montoya, Jose Eligio Montoya, Manuel Montoya, Waldo Montoya, Tony Montoya and Amy Sanchez (Carlos); her parents-in-law, Ramon Mascarenas and Urbanita Leyba; and her brothers-in-law, Santiago "Jimmy" Mascarenas and Jerry Montoya.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Wilfredo Mascarenas; her daughter Kathryn Victoria Gallegos (Mike); her grandchildren, Kristine Orozco (Alex), Jeff Smith and Adele Correa (Isaac); her great grandchildren, Israel Urbina IV (Cierra Jiron), Lily Ronquillo, Ruby Smith, Jahaziel Orozco, Gabriella Orozco and Daniel Romero; her great great grandchild Ivy Urbina; her sisters, Isabel Ortiz and Angie Montoya; and her siblings-in-law, Annie Montoya, Orlando Leyba and Andy Leyba (Rita). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
