He is survived by: his parents, Susan of Albuquerque, NM and Glen; his stepmother Christina; his sisters, Wendy (Sydney Blocher) of Prosper, TX and Amy (David Hill) of San Marcos, CA.; Caleb of Santa Fe, NM. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Tommy's name to Cubs Scholars, a Cubs Charities Program.
