He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Isabel Madrid and Amalia Madrid (Armijo); his wife Dolores Garcia; his children, Richard, Thomas, Johnny and Grace Madrid; his granddaughter Natasha Serrano; his siblings, Felipe Madrid, Lupe Madrid, Alex Madrid, Theodore Madrid, Michael Madrid and Maida Sandoval; and his stepmother Ferminia Madrid.
He is survived by: his children, Patty Madrid Serrano, Carolyn Madrid, Nancy Lopez (Shawn) and Manuel Madrid (Julie) of Edgewood; and his siblings, Corina Garcia, Marie Bachicha (Antonio), Rita Sanchez, Jose, Jr. Madrid (Virginia) and Julian Madrid. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
