It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheryll Bea Dulaney Van Pelt (Santa Teresa, New Mexico), who passed away on December 4, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Dulaney and Madeline Dulaney. She is survived by: her husband Don Van Pelt; her daughter Deb Van Pelt; her son-in-law Charles Staniszewski; her son Chris Van Pelt; her daughter-in-law Mari Van Pelt; her grandchildren, Kristofer, Emily, Delaney and Everleigh; her great grandchild August; and her devoted rescue poodle Daisy.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memory Gardens of the Valley (4900 McNutt Rd, Santa Teresa, NM 88008). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at the same location.
