He is survived by: his significant other Mary Alice Salazar; his daughters, Darlene Martinez (Anthony Martinez) and Sadie Salazar; his grandchildren, Leo Montoya III (Lauren Garduno), Fabian Montoya (Santianna Medrano), Diego Montoya (Makenzie Stratfold), Ernie Trujillo (Caitlin Trujillo), Rachel Trujillo (Justin Gallegos) and Audrey Trujillo (Brian Padilla); his great grandchildren, Hailey Montoya, Analee Montoya, Leo Montoya IIII, Kinsley Montoya, Jeremiah Trujillo, Eliza Trujillo, Gracelynn Gallegos, Ariella Padilla and Lukas Padilla; and his siblings, Larry Salazar (Mercy Salazar), Pete Salazar (Alice Salazar), Paul Salazar (Christine Salazar), Dolores Silva and Joyce Castellano. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (403 Valencia St, Las Vegas, NM 87701). A Mass will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
