He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Franklin Dunivan and Billie Ruth Dunivan. He is survived by: his wife Donna Dunivan; his sons, Justin (Monica Dunivan) and Cory (Alaina Dunivan); his siblings, Paul Dunivan of Phoenix, AZ and Donna Sideman of San Diego, California; and his grandchildren, Maddy, Wyatt and Garrett. He is also survived by family members and friends.
