He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Marion and Elizabeth Blevins (Valenzuela). He is survived by: his spouse Aija Blevins (Kampars); his children, Kenneth Roy Blevins (Tina) and Janette Marie Halsey (Marcus) of New Brownfels, TX; and his siblings, Evert Blevins of Ventura, CA, Betty Cole of Ventura, CA and Jane Park (Ron) of Roseville, CA. He is also survived by his two grandchildren; his two great-grandchildren; his numerous nieces and nephews.
