She was predeceased by: her parents, Orley Smith and Evelyn Smith; her daughter Yvonne Oliva Perez (Luis Perez); and her sister Orleta J Edwards. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Marie Perez and Alan Luis Perez; and her siblings, Margaret Hopper, Alberta Allen, Carol Smith, Richard Smith, Arthur Smith and Jarry Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
