We are sad to announce that, on December 15, 2025, at the age of 99, Juan Duran Jr. of Silver City, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Duran Sr. and Josephina Cook; his wife Estefanita Jaramillo Duran; his siblings, Alex Duran and Helen Genera; and his siblings-in-law, Adelina Duran and Edward Baca.
He is survived by: his daughter Theresa Duran-Ornelas (Joe) of Silver City; his grandchildren, Richard Renteria (Chelsea) and Amy Tellez (Andy); his great grandchildren, Andres Tellez, Kailana Renteria, Adelyna Renteria and Adrian Tellez; and his sister Carolina Duran Baca of Las Cruces. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
