He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymundo Padilla and Tomasa Padilla; and his pet Sparky. He is survived by : his sisters, Angelina Gonzales and Esther Valenzuela of Lordsburg, NM. He is also survived by his nephews, nieces and many great nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (416 E 2nd St, Lordsburg, NM 88045). A rosary was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Shakespeare Cemetery.
