He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Edward and Josephine Verta Embick (Morrow); his sister Ann Victoria Moore; his siblings-in-law, James "Gandy" Moore and Arlene Anne Embick; and his nephew Jeromy Daniel Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Embick (Payne); his children, John Embick (Jaime) of Safford, AZ, Lynn Embick (David Hayden) of Fort Myers, FL and Wanda Offutt (Jason) of Animas, NM; his siblings, John O. Embick (Sunday) of Lebanon, MO and LaNell Jones (Jim) of Arenas Valley, NM; his grandchildren, Dal, Jaycee, Alex, Ryan, Ziggy, Orin and Addy Mae; and his great grandchild Merrick Palmer. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
