As Phillip departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Phillip may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Phillip leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriel Padilla and Libby Padilla; and his sister Debbie. He is survived by: his children, Michelle and Phillip Jr.; and his brothers, Donald, Roy and Ray. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews.
