With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Trelma Oleta Elliott of Stanley, New Mexico, who passed away on October 26, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Trelma departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Trelma. Though Trelma may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Barbee and Georgia Barbee (Gray); her husband Wayne Elliott; and her son Clifton. She is survived by: her children, Gerald (Rosemary), Charles, George (Aimee), Walter and Barbara Chavez (David); and her brother Lester Barbee. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of Christ (219 Irene Ave, Moriarty, NM 87035).
