Rafael Herrera III Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on March 12, 2026, at the age of 23, Rafael Herrera III (Sunland Park, New Mexico) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Carlotta Pardo, Jimmie and Darralene Stewart. He is survived by: his parents, Rafael Herrera Jr. (Celene) and Rebecca Arciniega (Eduardo); his grandparents, Rafael Herrera Sr., Noemi Herrera and Yvonne Valles (JP); his siblings, Yasiel Herrera, Jonathan Flores Galindo (Ashley), Eddie Arciniega, Monica Guereque (Isai) and Yajaira Arciniega (Chris); his aunts, Janet Tsougas (Charlie) and Araceli Medina (Rick); his uncle Carlos Herrera (Estrella); his great-uncles, Anthony Stewart and Timmie Stewart (Patricia); and his cousins, Valerie, Erik Medina, Summer, Jesse Tsougas, Celeste and Gadiel Herrera.
