He is survived by: his wife Pilar Cannizzaro; his stepdaughter Isabella Macchioni of Santa Fe; his sister Lina Sicari; his nieces, Rosa, Stefania, Cristina Sicari of Pisa and Florence; and his siblings-in-law, Claudia Medina, Jose Medina of Albuquerque and Monica Medina (Manoj Puri) of Los Gatos, CA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
