It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin L. Dean (Taos, New Mexico), who passed away on May 24, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Dean and Grace Dean; and his brothers, Amos and Martin Dean. He is survived by: his wife Lavina Dean; his daughter Alishia Marquez; his grandchildren, Patrick, Alanyka and Serenity Marquez; and his siblings, Leroy Archuleta, Lester Dean, Glenda, Angela and Ruth Dean.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Rivera Family Funerals and Cremations-Santa Fe (417 Rodeo Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Santa Fe National Cemetery (501 N Guadalupe St, Santa Fe, NM 87501).
