He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleotilda Ortiz and Valentin Ortiz; his siblings, Raphaela and Philomino; his son Joshua Ortiz; and his in-laws, Cecilia, Anastacio Jiron, Raymond and Albert.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ortiz; and his children, Sheila (Leo), April (Matt), Victoria and Jose (Tamara). He is also survived by His extended family—including brothers, sisters, nephews, and nieces.
