He was predeceased by: his father Valentin; and his siblings, Andrew, Cathy and Mike Jr. "Tank". He is survived by: his children, Janelle, Christopher and Leon; his grandchildren, Caylee and Joshua; his great grandchild Mia; his mother Angelina Martinez; his siblings, Christine, Valerie, Richard, David and Steve; and his siblings-in-law, Frank, Andy Sr., Robert Engstrom, Maryann, Ruth Ann and Lenise. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rivera Family Funeral & Cremations of Santa Fe (417 Rodeo Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505).
