He is survived by: his children, Janelle, Christopher and Leon; his grandchildren, Caylee and Joshua; his great grandchild Mia; his mother Angelina Martinez; his siblings, Christine, Valerie, Richard, David and Steve; and his siblings-in-law, Frank, Andy Sr., Robert Engstrom, Maryann, Ruth Ann and Lenise. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces.
