It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shantel Celeste Ulibarri (Taos, New Mexico), who passed away on September 23, 2025, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Shantel leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She is survived by: her parents, John Ulibarri and Lori Polk (Brian Polk); and her children, Gianna Maes, Audrina and Ezra. She is also survived by numerous cousins, uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews.
A rosary was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
