He is survived by: his parents, Phyllis "Lil" Mackey and Richard Herbert Page; his stepfather Paul Mackey; his significant other Paul Dandois; and his siblings, Yvonne, Jeannine, John, Mark and Paul. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great nieces.
