She was predeceased by: her son Carlos Chavira; her parents, Rafael Gutierrez and Bernadita Gutierrez; her brothers, Ralph and David Gutierrez; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Gutierrez, Doris Gutierrez, Berlinda Gutierrez and Johnny Perea.
She is survived by: her husband Manuel; and her sons, Robert (family: Manuel, Daniel, Cindy, Steven) and Vincent. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great- great-grandchild, her brothers and her sister.
