She is survived by: her children, Alex Chavez and Emily Chavez; her grandchildren, Sterling Chavez and McKenzie Wortman; her pets, Smallz, Dolly and Molly; her siblings, Clyde Hardacker, Rick Hardacker, Juanita Reid and Leah Miyamoto; her nieces and nephews, Pauline, Crystal, Bruce, Jennifer, Joseph and Robert; and her close friend Liz Standley.
