He was predeceased by : his mother Susan Caroline Bouten (Fannin); his birth father Purless Fannin (Perk); his father Larry Bouten; his brother Everett "Butch" Fannin; his nephews, Timothy and Michael Fannin; and his close friend Amber Wagers.

He is survived by : his brother Jim Fannin (Donna) of Fairfield, Ohio; his niece Tonya Fannin of Dayton, Ohio; and his niece-in-law Sandra Fannin (Tim) of Hamilton, OH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Kirikos Family Funeral Home in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.
