Biggs (Gloria); his grandchildren, Ricardo Biggs and Viviana Biggs; his stepbrother Delmas Howe; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Ortiz, Lucille Lomeland, Helen Lyon (Ken) and Sonny Ortiz (Rita). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
He was born on June 15, 1936, in Craig, CO to Edgar O. and Ferol (Parkinson) Biggs.
